1. Service area: Azusa and the San Gabriel Valley (drop-off catering; exact range confirmed when you book).
2. Timing: Drop-off or set-up time is agreed when you book. Traffic, weather, and order volume may affect arrival.
3. Fees: Delivery or travel fees (if any) are shown at checkout or stated in your quote.
4. Provide a complete address and a reachable phone number.
5. If we cannot reach you, cannot access the location, or the address is wrong, the order may be delayed or cannot be completed.
6. Report delivery problems promptly with your booking/order reference via Contact.
