Pickup Policy

1. If pickup is available for your booking, you may choose pickup when arranging the order.
2. Pickup time follows the confirmation we send.
3. You may need to show order reference, name, or other verification.
4. Orders not picked up at the agreed time may not keep quality; we may be unable to hold food safely for long periods.
5. To change pickup time, contact us as soon as possible.
